M/s Shilpee Educational Trust is a trust formed on 27th day of February, 2012 and registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 with Registrar, Patna. The Trust is having its registered office at A/12, Alkapuri, Patna – 800002, Bihar.

The main object of the trust is to establish, promote, set‐up, run, maintain, assists, finance support and/or aid to or held in the setting up and or maintain and/or running educational institutions and other institutions, hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, orphanages, widow homes, lunatic asylums or other establishments for relief and/or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/or destitute.
